Lets see here there CCXNOBODY... I don't work for Conway. At the end of the day all LTL Companies are very similar as to what goes on and how they are ran! If they weren't they would have companies that did things that would either put them miles ahead of the competition or it would cause them to close their doors! So to think that a different LTL company is going to be the Holy Grail of All LTL's is a farce!

Secondly I haven't responded to this creeps posts before. This kind of attitude towards a Company ANY Company on an open forum would and could give the wrong impression to somebody that has just started or is thinking about working for said company. That person that makes final decision based on one negative post on an open forum may be doing himself a disservice and may have been a perfect match for that company!

Bad attitudes spread like cancer and are far worse for a company than bad management!

I've worked at a lot of places in my tenure of employment. I have had jobs that weren't so great. I used to work at a factory 60 hours a week and made what i make working one night of linehaul. I know there are things that we may raise an eyebrow up, to why are they doing this. But it's that way everywhere i have ever worked. I'm pretty satisfied with my job at con-way. Just my .02

All i can say is if your not happy go somewhere else. People that are so negative about the company is the reason they are cracking down on damaged freight, all because some people don't give a s*it. I see it everynight at the reship.

I guarantee the grass aint always greener somewhere else.
