If you don't use all the vacation time you earn in 2010, you can roll it over. They're allowing twice as much rollover, but the catch is "Use it or loose it"...no more cash out after '09.

This is false. We all go into 2010 with 1 week.After the first Q you will earn a certain amount per week. I've been here 12yrs and I'll earn 1/3 day a week. If you didn't roll a week over or at least a couple of days

Well, Bank is right..you get a fourth of what you earned for a whole year. Being a 12 year person, like you said..that would put you at one week. Some will get less and some more.
