Thats probably exactly why they took so long coming out with the results; the bean counters had to keep massaging the numbers so they could come up with an excuse to keep from giving back the 401k contribution. Your 401k contribution is now going towards pumping up Con-Way's bottom line so our all important stock price will stay up there.

Was it deep discounting?
I know you guys are micro-managed very well and this should have been noticed if an honest 401k reinstatement was at stake.

Need some solid answers because I'm confused and feel bad for my Con-way friends both here and on the streets.

Not a surprise here. They lie to us just like the gubment. They are all one the same. Just in the 3 yrs I have been here there is a big notice on how Conway has changed for the bad. Been driving for 17 yrs and once again I have found just another company. No reason to stick my neck out anymore. Do my time and go home.
