That's what I don't understand either but it maybe this:

You only go when you are sick or have a pain that you can't stand. So they know about that. But how many go in and have a complete physical from blood work to tests?

Very few so the records don't really have (in a lot of cases) complete info on you. So to get the $5 a week you go in and have all kind of tests run and anything 'hidden' would come out into the light.

That's the only thing I can think of right now.

I finished my online health assessment. I couldn't live with myself if I went all year paying $7.5/week for my insurance instead of $2.50/week.

My wife works, so I pay an additional penalty of $30/week.

Let's face it, is it really Conway's or any other employers business to know what our health conditon is as long as the job gets done? Stick your P.H.A. (Personal Health Assessment) survey right up your rec_ _ _ . Let's see if the board of directors are participating 100%. There is a reason why a database is being created for your health condition now and what it will be later in life. Keep volunteering your personal information and your freedoms and your job are going bye bye. H.I.P.P.A. laws are actually working against the company's main goal so that is why they want volunteer participation (i.e. wellness coaches, P.H.A. and the like).
