I applied for a position in Mn even tho I know there not hiring. The posting date was in june. But now that I'm 23 I can apply but what is going to be the best way to get in with all the experienced drivers out of work? I've been doing foodservice for the past 2 years and I did P&D for estes for 6 months and now I'm otr flatbedder. I've been wanting to get on with dayton because I've heard there a real good co and good pay and bennies. I just want to find a way to get in. Any ideas or help? The one I want to get into is maple grove,mn. Thanks guys
