disapointed Been with Dayton Freight for 15 years. It has always been a great place to work, very family first company. But the recent hard times has really changed that. We only hire casual's, in some cases we have more casual's than full time. We only work them 30 hours a week. We can't even afford to keep the lights on at the Indy terminal, during the night. But we have new safety rules like chalks must be straight, wheels slid to the back, if you get hurt, it's a write up, for not working safely. Has it really gotten this bad, for once such a great company? Heard there are 86 new rules coming out, not sure if they are Indy or company rules. I believe we should change the name to "Indy Freight". |
