How does everyone in the Southeast District feel about the mandatory one hour lunch break? The district manager (Legree ) told us we had to do this because the muslims in Miami, FL. needed time to pray. I just can't over the fact that I have to give up time that I could spend with my family for someone elses religion.
It takes 15 mins. to eat, then I spend 45 mins. sitting in the truck, and then run like hell trying to make the rest of a 20 stop day.
This is extremely unsafe and very stressful.
If O numbers don't look better than the other district managers, I hate to think what he might try next.
