 That overtime thing again
Could someone please,in laymans terms explain to me,how does Estes or any other carrier get away with not paying OT.In most states its a law ,OT after 40,from what I could get off the internet its a very archaic law that really should have been changed decades ago.I know their has probably been a thread on this at some point in time but Im practicing my Alsheimer early to get a jump on things,Thanks for any info.Be safe.
