As it sits now, you put in for what you want, and get it... They are definitely adding to Avon, seeing as most of the crew lives west of Framingham. I can't see regional letting anything happening to this prime crew that will be in place in Shrewsbury... But, sometimes regional gets the 'ole from corporate. We will see. They feel good about it, not only being a move, but an expansion. Shrewsbury will be covering further west, and Avon will be covering further south, taking pressure off neighboring terminals. This is a very complicated area, and seems to be well thought out. They are putting faith in the regional management, which is the best you can get. It is making perfect sense so far, and how often do you see that?
