I was told once by one of the VP's.."This is not the good ol' boy trucking company anymore, you guys better grow up and participate or I will eliminate.If all you want to do is sit in your trucks,on their little CB's and talk about how bad Estes has gotten in the last 5 years,I can show you how bad it really CAN get".. Quote,unquote..This took place in a terminal meeting..This also happened 7 years ago..I won't mention any names,but I don't think it will take you guys long to figure out who it was..

ok,maybe I schould start over,In twenty five years,I have done whatever job it was,Ive been p&d and line haul.the thing thats kept me here besides the money,is if you did your job they left you alone.what I was asking, is the heat we are feeling here at my terminal, company wide?

It is company wide..They are not being prejudice..Everyone is involved..Don't know why you guys think they are just picking terminals out of a hat..If they call your terminal and you are out of line in the linehaul department,the low linehaul man is gone..The same goes for the other classes..Plain and simple,nothing personal, strickly business..Some are in-line with the way they want it,some are not..Those that are not,will be affected..I hope this answered your question..
