Those same jobs 5 years ago was paying 25 to 35 thousand a year.. There are 40 cent and 42 cent a mile jobs out there,you just have to look and have a very good resume..I will agree,with us making 54 cent a mile,it would be a shock to have to drive for 40 cents..But it's better than nothing..

All I know is that we (Estes) are probably one of two companies that could remain profitable in the 4th quarter(without invoking some sort of vacation scam plan). EVERYONE out there is projecting very dismal revenue numbers for the fourth quarter..I think that it would have been very easy for Mr Estes to just institute a pay cut, but he didn't..I'm thankful for that. It's just tough times..
