everytime time the company has some thing to say, It ends with,And if you dont like it you can leave. Ive been here over 25 years. what happened to what once was a good place to work?

I heard it before but not at the meeting. Estes is a good company. When the cash flow slows they gotta do what they gotta do. I remember how it used to be when they had plenty of cash flow. Everyone was happy. Stark mentioned being patient a few days ago. I have to agree even though I have my moments.

The sad part of that is,at this time they have the option to say that. You guys ever shop around for other jobs now adays ?? Everybody in truck load is hiring,but they want to start u out at 32 cent a mile. Schnieder has that ad out start driving for us, u can make the big bucks, entry level starting at 32000-50000 dollars. Wow !! Is it just me, or is this industry going to *ell in a hand basket !! U can stay home and flip burgers for 32000

Welcome to the "corporation" I hear what your saying it was a family operation back in the day but new technology and college kids with the slide rules and charts,graphs,flow sheets saying we can do better by doing it this way,tried and true methods and common sense have fallen by the wayside, one peons opinion to another
