If you p&d drivers don't like the fact that the linehaul makes more that's cool but You CAN do something about it. After all, you're the one who makes pickups for the linehaul driver to haul. try missing just a few of your pickups every once and a while and it adds up at night when they cancel a linehaul run because of not enough freight. Then you can tell who has the upper hand. I love it
