Just want to know if others agree with me on certain types of mis-pulls.i understand if you pull the wrong trl out of the hubs that's your fought cause you didn't check your seals,that happen to me , i was wrong.but what i disagree with is we had a driver in my barn by mistake give his dolly number to the sup and he was one number off,example-d6112 and he gave d6110 by mistake,now he pulled the right trls and the freight made service on time,but they gave him a mispull and 3 days off because it was his 2nd in a year.i understand if it was his 2nd wrong trl but it was dolly,come on who cares as long as the freight makes service,he was off by 1 number. seems to me the company tells us to TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER,well this driver was doing just that in getting the right freight to the hub.I feel this rule is cheese,giving someone 3 days for 1 number off and the freight made service.i also feel the co is nick-picking this rule.
