Kansas City--Edwardsville, KS has ads out that they are looking for drivers. But are they really?

I'm asking because their online application takes too fuggin long to fill out. First they have you upload a copy of your resume, and write them a cover letter. Then they want you to fill out the blanks in their application form. Can they not read a resume written in English?

They wanted my last ten years of home addresses (for what?)

I spent half an hour creating a password, and doing other stuff before I looked at the time and said screw it, I'm going to bed. I'll do this later.

I don't mind doing all this if I think I'm not wasting my time. Am I wasting my time?
