For as long as I can remember you guys have had a banner out at the KC Terminal in Edwardsville for driver. I called someone in HR and got a lady in Wisconsin who said they don’t advertise and benefits, pay, or positions available. I assume this varies from location to location. Later I found a posting on the state site for the same position and it said there were part time positions available. Is this truly a part-time drivers position or is it on the dock. Either is fine if the schedule is flexible. I assume you guys run 24/7 and I have the weekend and Wednesday off.

The reason im asking is I currently run for SYSCO of KC 4 days and need a side gig. I got one kid and another on the way and its cheaper for us to have my wife stay home that pay for two in daycare. SYSCO pay damn good but they have a problem with abusing the driver who bust their asses. Ids like to eventually move to full time FEDX especially a line haul gig but I know you start P&D then move on seniority. I figured that part time would help get a foot in the door.
