There was talk in another thread about a P+D position in Kirkville NY. I have a few questions about this position. I talked to a Buffalo P+D driver and he told me that you get hired fulltime but might have to start out on the dock, but still receive the driver pay, which he said starts out at $21and change and tops out after only 1 year at $22 and change. Is this true? I thought it took about 2 or 3 years to top out with FXF.

He told me it would cost a driver about $30 dollars a week for medical coverage on a family plan, and that FXF contributes to a 401K and company pension plan.

This driver also told me that they have hired guys fulltime in the past to work a split shift on the dock. Example 6-10am and then come back from 4-8pm.

Just wondering if this information is correct. Also would like to hear if anybody has any other info about wages,benefits,and work enviroment.
