I don't understand why with all the Executive Business Managers we have here on the boards... Nobody here has started their own trucking company.

Everybody has the answer!

We have been Freight Inc for two months and 1 day now.. We are in the middle of the worst recession in 50 years. I can't think of one customer or busniess that is rolling in the dough and just as happy as hogs in slop..

We are a sucessfull company for a reason.. and that reason is that two of the best LTL companies have come together as one.

Rome was not built in a day.. give it a chance and let the people that run the company work out the kinks. From the "East took over the West" comment.. sounds more like someone that is still bitter about the merger.

You don't see me starting a thread about how bad WHT, SBO, POR, SAC, BSE load trailers do you.. and boy should I ever!

Really?

hmm.. Should we go back to 2001 and start from there? or maybe just 2007..

Every decision that has been made since the takeover, looking back, seems to had been a decision that has kept us profitable and competitive over the past years..

Through every process of change there will be pains. We all experience it, be it at work or at home. If the process in place proves to not be the most efficient one. Then mark my words the process will be adjusted to better serve the customer and company as a whole.

Is there a "perfect" plan? just because you are acustomed to one particular way of doing things, does not mean that it is the best. It is probably all that you know and what you have always done.. Therefore you see it as the only way and the perfet way..

You can see much more with new glasses looking from a new window.

We over here on the "East" side are not to particular happy with some of the new rules and policies that have been incorporated fro the "West".. But, it's change.. and will prove to make us all better as one!
