Company Seniority or Board Seniority

We should go by company seniorty by dept if there is a opening in a dept you sign up just as you did when you signed up for the road only if there is a opening and you go to the bottom for a year and dove tail back in your co. spot.

You go to the bottom of the board if the transfer is YOUR choice ... if it is a terminal closing ... you get to follow the freight and dovetail your seniority ...

Keep it the way it is right now. We voted for this through the company a long time ago. Don't see no reason to change. Everybody has had several chances to come to the road and chose not to, so therefore lets move on.
