you do know it is very dumb to post any freight handling or equipment issues are how we are missing pickups delivering late etc etc etc CNW ABF OLDF SAIA THEY USE IT ALL FOR SELLING ON HOW BAD FXFE IS .

Some how he has managed to fool someone into thinking he was good at his job.

I have added more info than what was realy need in the hopes that maybe someone in Harrison might read this. Drivers and Red shirts are tired and getting pissed and ready to walk or vote if things dont change. Were also pissing off customers because were not delivering till late and not picking up until late.

I feel your pain. I saw the handwriting on the wall and bailed from IND. Wife was ill so it was a good reason to give to leave. More of the truth was watching daily what you reported, and not having the power to effect any change. I felt I was a well-respected supervisor, but my complaints also fell on deaf ears.
Fortunately, I had other insurance and could leave at age 62.
Hopefully the new year, and new CM will turn IND back around.
