Question Needing info on who to contact

Im not sure who to contact about some of the problems at IND. Many of the employees at the center are realizing that alot of the problems we are haveing are because of our regional manager Mike D.. We have gone to our ops manager's and to the assistant manager and center manager but their hands are tied and are doing their best like everyone else is. We know if we go to Mike D were probably going to be fired. Corporate HR says to go to local HR but We havent seen our HR guy since he started a month ago for all many of us know he may not even work there anymore.

The problems we are haveing is that we don't have the equipment to service the customer. They parked 6 city trucks and now wont give them back becuase the numbers arent high enough to support it. Were moving more bills per night now than we were a year ago. We also dont have enough X vans. to service our freight. We are told by the regional that we dont need any more because were using them to load as trap trailers. We do this because we dont have anywhere else to put the freight that has to be held before delivery. Next week we have two bigh customers that will need 50 vans Mike D. gave permission to go and rent 5 vans. We have to ops. managers that know what they are doing and what needs to be done while we (Horn, Garrett) while we have another ops managers who couldnt plan a correct way to get out of a paper bag.(Brian N.). Some how he has managed to fool someone into thinking he was good at his job.

I have added more info than what was realy need in the hopes that maybe someone in Harrison might read this. Drivers and Red shirts are tired and getting pissed and ready to walk or vote if things dont change. Were also pissing off customers because were not delivering till late and not picking up until late.

Personaly I think it is very cowardly of you to name drop like you have , since you hide behind a computer screen. Talk to Mike D. and let him know how you feel. Talking behind a computer screen is not the way to resolve anything. IND is showing a lot of growing pains right now, just like 90% of the centers in the company. This is a good thing, remember 8 months ago.......

How is it cowardly to put someones name out there. Many people have called who we know to call. I have always been the type of person that if I can say it behind your back Ill say to your face, and I gladly let people know where they stand with me. I didnt put anything on here that I and others havent said to most of the bosses. I also dont feel like loosing my job right now. Just wanting to see if anybody has any sugesstions on where else to go with this. And yes I am trying to think of the best way to aproach this with Mike D. without loosing my job.

Yes we are experiencing growing pains like we experienced shrinking pains but when your not allowed to get the things that you need to do your job becuase the numbers dont jive that is more than growing pains. Especially when a center of roughly 270 doors is being compared to 20 and 30 door centers, and city driver's that have to drive almost 1.5hrs to their first stop. We like the fact that were busy and hope it keeps up.
