You may be right.

But we are talking UPS..a company that prides itself on recognition and uniformity..spotless and without imperfection. The UPS package driver in Las Vegas looks like the package driver in Cleveland...it just doesn't make sense for UPS to have just dropped the ball in that respect to freight.

That aside I still stand by my original anaylsis...for whatever reason...UPS has not entered the LTL market with any recognizable enthusiasm.

And for whatever reason they went static..and from what I have seen that is not the UPS way...
