Peace | I think the "truckers" are just fine. It's management that needs straightening out. Every time management makes changes, we go to the worse. We need to go towards the light. We're supposed to be THE leader in the ltl busines! Just MHO.

Peace | Having a disagreement is one thing, outright lying is another!!! There is nothing wrong with the drivers of this company. The new guy needs to take a good long look at what we have in harrison and start cleaning house!!! Restore some leadership in this company.Make the drivers part of the team again.Start taking care of the people who take care of this company.

I am sure our new President is an effective leader. 20 years in Memphis running different operations should count for something. He doesn't have a trucker background, But I didn't either. Time will tell... and truck drivers will continue to pontificate on the merits and abilities of leadership. Look what happened to GROUND since FEDEX took over.
