conflict of interest

i just made a thread not too long ago in con way but curious how fed ex is as they are also hiring locally for their dock.

I'm part time at Estes, if I applied at fed ex, are they going to be okay with me staying at Estes?

I'm 99% certain that they wont let you work at estes, as they are a direct compeditor. I signed something when I came on board saying I wont work for another LTL carrier.

Only if they know that you still work at Estes will it matter. I would not talk about it. If you get full-time then it is a problem.

We have part time dock that work full time with other LTL companies. I wouldn't put it out there that you work there.

We used to have a full time FXF employee work at USF Dugan and here at the same time and it was well known, no issue whatsoever.
