 Annual Review For FNL
I had a review of 95% ontime delivery on my review this time. Does anyone have one this low??? I figured out mine and it stems from when I call central and I am on hold for 30 min it causes me to be late in the system. The only load i am ever late on is the Lawrenceville, GA loads. The reason that I am late on this is because it takes me 1.5 hours to drive across Atlanta. Do you think this is fair to my rateing?
