 P&D Bid Senority ? Does it matter?
Sometimes late starting Bid Drivers are having to call in before work to see if there is work available at thier Bid start times. And if no work available they are told to come in later or not at all. Should the unassigned Bid Drivers be the ones calling in, not the guys with the set start times and set work days?
Unassigned are getting their 40, some Bid guys are lucky to get 30 or 35 hours.
