Bid Drivers vs Wild Board Drivers

Ok, well I am wondering how things are done at other terminals. What is happeing is we have bid drivers that may be cancelled on any given night due to lack of freight on their lanes. Well they tell the bid drivers to sit home and then run wild board drivers who are not even based out of the same terminal on runs going to other destinations but turn back to our terminal. I could see this as being ok if the wild board driver was to keep going onto another destination but to turn around and come back to the bid drivers home terminal and then go home and it is just wrong in my eyes. We have wild board drivers domiciled out of one terminal but they live near our terminal. They have been running these guys are turns every night back to my home terminal so im not sure why they even call them wild board drivers and base them out of the other terminal. They should be based out of our terminal. Anyway I guess what I am trying to say is these guys should not be running around our bid drivers. If they want to be wild board drivers then go run the system. It was their choice to go on the wild board.
