we now must clock in when we start our shift. if you forget you get 1/2 point. it doesn't matter if you get there early and your dispatch shows you were ready and left on time, you still get the 1/2 point. we have talked to our lh/m about this not being a company policy but rather a charlotte policy but the time clock remains. any other drivers run into this?
