Moving Anniversary Date Back
I got back to work Tuesday the 24th to find out my two year raise didn't go into effect. The 18th was the day. The assistant TM told me at a meeting June 23rd, that it would still go into effect and my review would just be late and since I was off for three months and no write ups in the past nine months, there would be no problem. Now they are telling me they are going to move my anniversary date back along with my review so I'm not getting my raise. How are they going to give me my cost of living raise, vacation and personal time, medical benefits, and holiday pay, while I'm off and tell me my anniversary raise will go into effect and then not give it to me. Is this the Watkins minds at work or Fed Ex? Can someone tell me what I can do about this or who I can call for this information?
