My wife had a total of 3 sugerys he first 2 I was denied he time off as we all know,Now the tthird one(The big one) she called he terminal to tell the TM I needed Friday,and Monday off cuz she gonna be layed up for awhile he(tthe TM) called me on the nextel and laughed at me,saying I have bad timming,I couldnt have that off either.I guess tthe Docor needs to sehedual his sergerys arround my TM. Anywho,I had 2 witnesses in he terminal and I asked him a direct question,Are you dening my time off? He said yes you cant take the time off. And that was that,Im not gonna argue.
I called the fedex hotline,talked to a third party tthat types what you say and sends it up the latter.the next day I gett a phone call....lets just say the GOOD OL BOY NETWORK is firmly in place.I talked to my TM's buddy who does the investigations,and nothing happened. My wife was soo pissed SHE went to the terminal and reamed him out saying to him point blank I wasnt gonna be there PERIOD. He then CUSSED HER OUT AND TOSSED HER OUT OF THE TERMINAL!

Then the day befoe her sergery he passed the buck,and said he dosent make vacation decisions day time superr does......

then when I came back he took my 2way nextel(company) and gave me another(checking to make sure im not using it for personal use) hours going down,Ive gotten reaquanted with the lift gate for residentals.

So whattcha think suck it up,quit,relocate,or sue the crap out of fedex for a hostial work enviroment?
