Fed Ex Ntl P&D driver development program

I currently work at the SCH terminal, and been working the dock for 5 yrs (offered the program)




#1- do you go to the bottom of P&D driver senority list??? (after completing program)


#2- do i keep my company senority???


#3- when it comes to Vacation time- will they still honor my company senority... (get first choice over guys with less time)


#4- just out of curiosity-if they have extra work, will dispatch go by driver senority or company senority.



sorry guys- for so many questions, but everyone is telling me different things...



most of our top P&D drivers, have 5 yrs or less in senority...


before the buyout, mostly all the P&D drivers at SCH were contractors...
