Then look for some other type of employment. Maybe this company does screw employees, but what company doesn't ?



Alot of companies all over the country are having issues (Citibank, Delta) so it's not just Fedex National. Now of course I not a company man (yet I work with top people in Lakeland) so I don't want people here to think I am kissing FXNL butt. There are things which this company does which I don't agree such as promoting Diversity yet making people work on MLK day. Or this company spending money for outrageous stuff.


However the benefits are better than most compaines today.
