A fxn driver is reported to have been going East....Crosses though the mediand to the West Bound Lane, almost headoning a Yellow Freight truck being followed by a FXF driver, (both have to take evasive action to avoid a head on crash) The FXN truck travels 300 yrds in the west bound lane and then crosses back over to the east side........( as reported by the FXF driver...Per email).....Alright here is the kicker..... there are only 3 trucks dispatched in the state( 15 minutes apart) and all 3 are going east and are out of the Same Location going to the same destination. Bottom Line is this, when Questioned exstensively ( sorry) the guilty driver says, it was not me ( even though he was the only 1 with grass ect under the chasis), knowing he is implying that it is 1 of the other 2 fellow driver ( me being 1 of them)..... which says he is willing to let 1 of us take the blame, lose our job ect. to keep his job......Safety says they don't have enough proof to do anything about this guy ( leaving a cloud over all 3 of us in the offical record) I just want to choke him every time I see him , which is daily ...... I just don't know how to deal with this situation.......
