I am looking for some feedback here.

My route takes me on average around 230 to 250 miles each day. I average around 11 to 15 stops per day and normally around 17 bills total for the day. I start at 9am and I am back by 6pm at the latest. To me, I think I'm doing a great job considering the miles I put in but when we have our round table meetings I am always told how bad my productivity is. They want 2 bills per hour but that is not possible with all the miles I have to drive. There are a couple of us who have longer city runs like this and the rest stay in one central location. They try to compare our routes with the smaller routes and its not fair. The other guys do maybe 80 miles and about 18 stops which is around 4 miles per stop. Thats a lot less then what I have so how can you compare my bills per hour to theirs? This is just another thing that needs addressed at our terminal.
