displaced drivers? no such thing that was a one time deal at the beginning of fed ex taking over. If your job or run was elimated then u go to the bottom of the board or if there is a opening at another terminal then u can transfer there. Call Thresa she is the one handling it.

Not really. There is still a provision in the driver's handbook about having your job position eliminated. If you are facing a lay-off, you can transfer to another location that is hiring and maintain your company and board seniority.

Not true. The new rule that came out a few weeks back gives us the right to bump bid in according to our seniority.

is that a national rule or freight and national .when I was layed off after 10 years I could transfer but went to bottom of board.I would keep company time.
