This is a very old Dangerous When Wet placard, at least from the 80's. I beleive the solid blue Dangerous When Wet placard replaced it.

The UN number is 2213. Which can be put out with water or foam. So if that is true that the placard is a old Dangerous When Wet one, it was mis placard.

Old school flammable solid dangerous when wet. Hauled a bunch of it in the mid 1990s.
