Problem customer

I have to tell you about this customer of mine, first off I never could stand him, I love his employees though, we get along great.
I go into this guys place and bring in the stuff to go into the basement down the stairs first, I am trying to get through the doorway, I twisted the wheeler to get through and my product tips over, breaking a vase on the floor at the top of the stairs, long story short, he asks who is going to pay for it, (remember, I can't stand this guy), I told him it won't be me and to take it up with the salesman, words are exchanged and things get heated, I go down stairs to get the check and he follows me, we get down there and he is still flapping his gums, I told him at that point that I had had enough, don't speak to me anymore, he shuts up for about 10 seconds then starts again about how everyone else goes down the stairs and breaks nothing, he tells me that vase is from mexico and is expensive, I said if its so precious to you why put it at the top of the stairs, I told him I could care less about his mexican vase, my wife has a vase made in America and I don't care about that one either, I am really mad at this point and I stepped toward him and told him he needs to walk away from me because I don't care and don't want to hear it, he finally did. I really thought I was about to hit him, he talks to his people like crap and I assume thinks he can speak to me like that as well. A few other things were said by me about the free labor PFG provides him by taking that stuff downstairs. If you are ever in Ft. Smith AR, and want to eat at -------- downtown, don't, he lets that chicken sit out for hours on end and you will probably get poisoned...I had to throw that in...I hope I get kicked out of there, I won't be the first driver that has been in a shouting match with him and booted out, I can only hope, anyway, I will not be talked to like a dog, I will not have my butt chewed on by any customer...(now here is where you guys will think I'm racist, so be it), especially by someone that is foreign to MY country, ain't going to happen without a fight. After all this, my day was anything but ruined, in fact I was happy about the whole thing because I think I ruined his day. Thats my story and I'm stickin to it!
