Deep down south we have this supermarket chain called Publix, I worked a few years for 'em when I was younger (less than 10 years ago) as a stock/produce clerk, anyways I met more than a few drivers there who worked out of the Dacula/Lawrenceville, Georgia warehouse. Anyways within the last year or 2, Publix built what they call a "super velocity warehouse" in
Austell, GA off I-20 West of Atlanta...Just wondering if anyone can give me some insight on the Austell warehouse, Publix has a policy of hiring from within, if you want to drive for 'em, you have to put in some months of warehouse selecting/forklift operation...just curious if their is a long waiting list for drivers out of Austell, or even the Dacula/Lawrenceville warehouses off 316 Northeast of Atlanta...I called the job hotline and their were no current positions available...thanks for the help
