We had two new drivers go out on a route last week (we run a team operation) they got to a stop in Cleveland Oh about 1am and both of the drivers determined that the area was not safe and didnt do the the stop never called in to explain their problem just took it on themselves not to do the stop,now here is the kicker they had two stops left and gave the extra product to the two last stops with notes on the product saying its your lucky day we had extra,on of the managers took a picture of it and sent it in and I saw it for myself or I would not have believed it. Now I have done that stop before and it isnt really a bad area its just dark behind the building at night.
