Default My MVR and LTL

I was just curious on some of your opinions on me trying to get a new job. I have 3 points on my record, 1 point for going 66 in a 55, another 2 points for an accident I was at fault in (this was in a personal vehicle almost 3 years ago, the points will come off this august). In a few months I will have my 1 year of experience. I want to get a good paying LTL job(as opposed to my current low paying ltl job), do I even stand a chance once I get my 1 year in, or should I wait until august when those 2 points get off my record. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

Zathlon,

I would talk to some of the drivers at the companies that you're interested in working for and see what kind of advice they have to offer you. Some companies may be more forgiving, and some may not. Some questions you may want to ponder are, how much of a time frame is it between your 1 yr. anniversary and Aug. and can you afford to wait until then?

I'm a rookie myself and you have a lot more driving experience than I do, but just trying to help out. I'm sure that a lot of the vets on here will give you some good solid advice in the near future as well. Good luck!
