does anyone know of ltl companies in central pa offering a cdl program?

I am wandering if anyone on here knows of which ltl companies operating in central pa are offering cdl training programs. This inquiring is for a few friends of mine that want to drive but don't know the best way to go about it and I think ltl would be the way to go for them.
