Threat form BAH Express and DAC Report

Last month I applied to a company called BAH Express and under took there physical and drug screen. Spent two weeks doing the foot work and expences in getting a letter from a previous Physican for an old operation wich was cleared by Concentra's Doctors.
I sent an e-mail to the Saftey Director stateing that I have found another job and I would not be working with his company. I never started or attended orentation.
I got a e-mail back today from him stateing that I owed $85.00 for physical and drug screen, if not paid it will be entered on my DAC Report! Any suggestions?

From what I know about DAC as long you have drug tested they can put it on your DAC even though you never worked there.The DAC is a tool Motor Carriers use to screw you.A friend of mine worked for IWX in Springfield Mo. for 12 accident free years.As soon as they found out he was applying at a certain ltl carrier they fired him,now on his DAC it says terminated and not rehireable.So it makes him look bad.He could dispute the info but since they said no more than that there is nothing to dispute.Funny part is while on lay-off they found he was working for one of thier competitors and asked him to come back,he told them no.I only wish they had a DAC type deal where drivers could put in info on companies so all of us could have the tools to steer clear of these worthless companies.Or at least they would not use it to threaten drivers.I don't beleive the original intent of DAC years ago was for that.
