Anyone know about this company?

Hi everybody, I'm new to this forum and am looking for information on a trucking company. The company I'm interested in is Arrow Trucking Company out of Tulsa, OK. They are a flatbed OTR company. Any info on them would be appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to Truckingboards. I really can't comment much about Arrow. I trip-leased a few loads of lumber out of Montana with them about 24 or 24 years ago. I remember talking to a trainee's wife at our motel in Tulsa years ago. She was in the cafe asking us all about Yellow and she was amazed at what Yellow paid when comparing it to Arrow. I don't recall what she said her husband was going to be making, but it wasn't anywhere close to Yellow's rates. However, at Arrow she could ride along. Best of luck.

Thanks for the info stldude44! You're right, Yellow pays a lot more than Arrow, but they only have casual drivers at Evansville, IN. As long as Arrow doesn't try to jack me around with my mileage, start ups, etc., I will be happy. I understand they have good equipment that they take care of. Anyways, thanks a lot for the info!

You're welcome. I really wasn't trying to compare Yellow and Arrow but rather telling a little story that included all I really knew about Arrow....other then the 2 times I trip-leased lumber loads with them. I hope things go great for you at Arrow.

Dont go with Arrow. TMC is one of the best companies out there.
