please help,need info from truck drivers

I am recently returning from the army and back from Iraq so now i need a career change. I want to obtain my CDL and i am about to go to school but i needed financial assistance.The county i live in will pay for it but there are a few things i need to accomplish on my end.I need to ask actual drivers in this field a series of questions so the county knows that this is the career i want before they pay for school for me. It is only about 12 questions and i do have to ask for a name as well but i promise i am only using the name for the market research.
