You are joking right?

DAC has cost plenty of good drivers a new job, when they input lies spun by the trucking companies who claim drivers abandoned thier rigs, had DUI's, and accidents that were at fault and a host of other things that were outrageous lies.

This is one reason no one should ever work at Swift, ever. They run a mill and put lies out about drivers that are simply not true, after they lie to the drivers about thier pay, time home, ect.

DAC should be put out of business for false, unverified reporting.

You can dispute what is put on your DAC report. If it is not true, legally it has to be removed. Unfortunitly, a lot of the time it is true. A lot of drivers screw themselves. The newest one i have been seeing a lot of is when you quit a company, the want you to take a post employment drug screen, most drivers refuse because they no longer work there, and of course they get a refusal on DAC- just as bad as a positive. Also, companies that use DAC also put it on your DAC report if you sign up for , or just do orientation and never take a job, it makes your work history look really bad. However, I do agree with Ranger that Swift does take it to an extreme.

Not my job, but most of the large ones do as far as I am aware.

Its really simple however. Call them and ask.

If they ask you why you are asking, you know not to apply for work there
