Arrow team runs ( yellow)

Anybody know what they start at $$$$$$?

Do they split miles?

Do they split pay?

How do they normally run, I assume they get a hotel since they have such small bunks.

Do they hire h/w teams?

The mileage rate for doubles is 57.413 cents per mile. Clock time is 22.15 per hour. These are the full-scale rates, new hires make 75% for the first 12 months, then 80% for months 13-18, 90% for months 19-24 before reaching full scale. When the team is delayed, both drivers are payed at their hourly rate. Miles are split. Partners are assigned by bidding, not by marriage. Unless the team is stopped for an extended period (measured in hours), there is not a motel.

1. about .53 per mi. to start.
2. of course.
3. yes while under dispatch.
4. it's up and down right now. last week 8200 in 8 days, 6200 in 7 the week before. but,
we will be mostly bid after july.
5. before fedex, oh yeah. now only in a few
locations if they're hiring at all.
