I guess this is how the DOT is going to inspect ALL trucks coming out of Mexico to insure that they are in total compliance and can read and speak English. Yeah right!

Sounds like a free pass of sorts to me, if the truck ain't got parts falling off it let her go!!

I guess some one yelled loud enough about the tie ups at those border crossings, this is pure speculation on my part of course... see, no ablee ess spanyole (that was a joke)
