 Load Planners
Are Load Planners really necessary? Well, let's see.
1.) You are ready for the load when they say you are.
2.) If you DON'T want a load to certain parts of the country they WILL send you there.
3.) If you DO want a load to certain parts of the country they WON"T send you there.
4.) Sitting all day? Probably po'd one of them off.
5.) Running all night? Probably po'd one of them off.
6.) Need to pick up the load 2 hours after your 14 hr clock is up? Hey, it's your time, not theirs!
7.) Truck in shop. "Have super HOT job. Hurry up and get it out". So, you hurry up and get there and wwaaaiiiittttt.
8.) Jump all over your fleet manager: not my job he says... belongs to the load planners.
9.) Finally get the job you wanted, oops, no longer available.
10.) Moral to story: Who is God? In the trucking industry... it's the LOAD PLANNERS! |
