There are alot of people out there who don't like drivers, I bet this guy will really hate us. Good for the drivers who stopped him, good for the 2 that tried and slowed him up! Put a check mark in our positive things drivers do column.

I said yes in the poll because thats what I would like to think, if I were still with Fedex I would think they would charge me with a preventable, no matter what the circumstances. I would hope that I could assist, as long as I could do so, and not kill myself in the process.

I hope not, but that truckdriver may end up with a chargable accident from his company & a civil suit from the the driver of the 4 wheeler.

You know, they ought to have laws in place to prevent that very thing, but they don't and probably never will. Gee driver, you did your civic duty, oh by the way, your fired, by the way again, that crook you stopped, is suing you for 1 million dollars, unbelievable.

That is the problem with these car chases.
THE LAWYERS.
First they need to have a policy for the cops to shoot to kill first and ask questions later and maybe once the word gets out these idiots would not try to outrun the law.
And if the ambulance chasers try to sue the cops or the feds, they ought to be put in prison for at least 10 years or given the choice to be sent to Iraq to meet the 72 virgins.
The same for any ACLU lawyers that want to pop their heads from under their desk.
