I looked at the website and it sounds like a noble idea for the driver that runs OTR or many different states on an irregular basis.
I run the same scales and I have pre-pass which makes it a lot nicer than before.
Good luck with the project.

Gotta love the PrePass... especially when they red light you into a scale only to give you the express lane and let you roll right through.

Why would you pay for information that you can find out for free on your CB?

We run the company channel most of the time, and whenever I go up to 19 (15 or 17 in your neck of the woods) I never get anybody to answer. They must all be listening to their XM radio and have their CB turned off. Besides if you run illegal or overweight you are going to have to run back roads that maybe many miles away from the coops you are trying to go around.
Not everybody runs legal like you and me.

It will never work. If a driver is too lazy to pic up a CB mic they most certainly won't dial a phone # to update a coop.
